You will need to install a graphic card driver provided by manufacturer of your graphic card, driver that comes with Windows is a simple one and does not offer OpenGL features that Minecraft needs. In your DXDiag is shown as "Standard VGA adapter" now, when install manufacturer driver it will show full details of your graphic card.
To find what graphic card you have and what driver you need, there is a tool called GPU-Z that you can download and run.

TAKE CHANCES. TELL THE TRUTH. KISS SLOWLY. DATE SOMEONE TOTALY WRONG FOR YOU.
SAY NO. LOVE DEEPLY. FORGIVE QUICKLY. SPEND ALL YOUR CASH.
GET TO KNOW SOMEONE RANDOM, BE RANDOM. SAY I LOVE YOU. SING OUT LOUD.
FORGET THE PAST. REMMEMBER WHAT IT TOUGHT YOU. LAUGH AT STUPID JOKES.
CRY. APOLOGIZE. TELL SOMEONE HOW MUCH THEY MEAN TO YOU.
TELL A JERK WHAT YOU THINK.LAUGH TILL YOUR STOMACH HURTS.
Looks like DXDiag is picking up on the video chipset (AMD ATOMBIOS), but Windows doesn't have a chipset-specific driver installed so that's why DXDiag is stating that your video card is 'Standard VGA Graphics Adapter' and also why Minecraft isn't working on that computer. You need to install a video driver that's compatible with that chipset to enable its full feature set. That being the case, you can go to your laptop or PC manufacturer's website and download a driver, or you could go to AMD's driver website where there's a page that has a utility to auto-detect your video card (*edit* link goes to US Region on AMD's driver site, you may have to browse to your own region if you're not from the United States). Follow their instructions and install the driver, and you should be good.
