Hey guys, I've been playing Minecraft for a while and everything was fine. It ran smoothly and everything. I then went to India for my summer break and when I opened it, it started downloading some files. But when it came to downloading the launcher, that error message popped up. So, naturally, I looked around the forum and I saw that people had the same issue.
One of them said to go to %appdata% and delete the folder and reinstall the launcher. I tried that, didn't work.
Then, I completely got rid of anything related to Minecraft, rebooted, went to the downloads page and downloaded and installed the .msi and ran the installer. Still got the same error.

Got any logs? Also, post the dxdiag (I'm not sure if it would have any difference)
How would I get logs?
If you're asking for the version of DirectX, it's 11.
