Oh yeah! im running vinilla minecraft! No mods... only optifine.
Every version of minecraft needs JAVA, whole minecraft is coded in JAVA, so you realy realy realy need JAVA.
It means that your Minecraft crashed for some reason, if you provide crash reports we could give you more help on the issue.
Optifine is a mod, so you are not running vanilla.

I tried minecraft without optifine earlier yesterday, That has been no help. all that helped with was giving me framedrops. but I joined the town on the towny server and I got the same error Here is the full error script:

Moderatoryeah thats a terrible graphic chipset, not really enough to run minecraft, infact the whole computer is verging towards too old and low spec
The OptiPlex 745 is an 8 year old "business" computer that shipped with XP when new.
It was intended to run MS Office and "productivity" applications.
It runs all my other games perfectly fine, vindictus mabinogi, And luague so whats the problem? oh and sims 3

Problem is that this is not "other games". This game requires to have bare minimum of capabilities.
I guess i'll continue to play with these crashes.
