I recently paid for Realms access through my Premium account ($62 for 6 months). But when I launch Minecraft and enter the Realms menu, it only prompts me to purchase it. I've re-downloaded and installed it a few time, restarted, etc., but nothing works so far. I can see that the payment to Mojang has gone through, but still no access. Any clues? Thanks in advance!
Mojang are the only people who can assist with account issues.
Confirm payment was taken fully, and that your bank didn't stop the payment, its an international payment and some banks may think its a potential fraud attempt if you don't normally make international payments.
If payment was fully completed and you still don't have access to the realm contact Mojang
