Hey guys.
Today, I downloaded the new Java version (45), but when I press play on the minecraft launcher, this message comes up.
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=256m; support was removed in 8.0
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
I have a 64 bit computer, but when I downloaded the 45 version it didn't tell me what bit it was. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?
Have you set any Java flags via the launcher? If you have uncheck the box next to Java Arguments and try running it. Seems that you might have allocated more RAM that what you have.
