So every once in a while every time I log out of a server this message appears...This kind of message has been bothering me for a while and I wonder if this is normal or just a bug that mojang/microsoft never fixed for years....and I am wondering if there is a fix to this issue and I have been asking around and nobody responded...So lets see how this questions will do in this forum
You may need to refresh your login session. To do this, click "Switch Users" in the launcher, and logout. After this, log back in, and try the game again.
1st You are playing with a cracked account and using a cracked launcher. Meaning = You didnt buy Minecraft and you are using a launcher where you just need to type a username. No password.
2nd While you were in the game, someone logged in with your username and password and started playing Minecraft on another server. This could have happend if you gave your username and password to one of your friends or relatives. I would highly recommend to change your password if this is the case.

However this happens after logging out of a server and then restarting the game again and switching users seemed to fix it but only have it to happen after 2 log outs of a server
I have the same thing, its usually if I'm online for a server for a couple hours, lagging really badly because of ping issues, or if I change my skin while logged into the server at the same time. I just restart it because it says to, takes less than a minute so it never bothered me.
What I meant is that it would do an update for your account, but changing your password may be a good idea just incase anyone has hacked your account and is using it.

Its eather one of two things:

None of those two

I get this message every few days
"I Will Kill You To The Death." -Me

Try relogging on the Minecraft Launcher or changing your password to give you a new ping in the Mojang servers.
