When ever i try to logon to the minecraft.net site to change a skin or look at my profile. after i enter my user name and password it askes me a security question. and it gets locked into a seurity question loop. i know i have the right answers as i wrote them down when i make the account. but not even my husband or my daughter can log onto theirs either. the site is stuck and wont let us log in. please help

We can't ... you need to contact Mojang support for that.
