also when you upgraded the GPU did you change the PSU aswell, or leave it as the stock one?
Yes I re-installed Minecraft.
I also changed the PSU to a 600w one.
Further testing with different elements has found that using a different resource pack seems to be a fix as I have not ad any issues with this one so far. Maybe its link in that way?

Moderatorhmm, have you tried resinstalling minecraft?
also when you upgraded the GPU did you change the PSU aswell, or leave it as the stock one?
Yes I re-installed Minecraft.
I also changed the PSU to a 600w one.
Further testing with different elements has found that using a different resource pack seems to be a fix as I have not ad any issues with this one so far. Maybe its link in that way?
Thanks for your help so far.

Ok strike that, came on today and it is still glitchy with whatever resource pack

Moderatorthe only other thing i can think is its the graphics card itself, can you put the old one back to test with that? or did you dispose of it?
You could try updating Java, or turning down render distance, play around with your Video Settings.
e
Old graphics card is built into the system.
Java is fully updated and my FPS in game is over 100, plenty so don't need to turn down render distance/video settings
