Try lowering your render distance. This might be that bug where the render distance was not lowered to below 16 chunks before you downgraded to 1.7 resulting in a crash. You might have to change the actual options.txt file.

The issue must be jurassicraft, as I can start everything up with forge, and with forge and llibrary, but not all three at once.

Try lowering your render distance. This might be that bug where the render distance was not lowered to below 16 chunks before you downgraded to 1.7 resulting in a crash. You might have to change the actual options.txt file.
