Hello guys, I have a bug on my modpack. When I right click on a block, there is a chance of giving me that block. It's very annoying. I tried to see if its from NEI, I tried to make a world with cheats off, and nothing. So I guess that is from a mod, but I don't know from what mod is it. I'll leave here a video of the problem and a link to the modpack so you can check and help me.
