Ok...I'm not a forumer, I really don't enjoy it. But this is by far the worst MC problem I've ever had. I suppose I'll just list the problems.
1. Extreme lag with single player worlds. So yea, this isnt just lag, its bad lag. Problems such as blocks not dropping, commands not working, and mobs frozen and taking no damage. Upon entering any of my single player worlds, chucks will take forever to load, and I crash most of the time. My crash report mostly says something like this. "Cant keep up! Did your server time change, etc. 45253 (random number) ticks behind!" I'm no genius at computers, but I don't think that's good.
2. Crashing when leaving servers/joining servers, quitting minecraft/starting minecraft. Explains itself I think. Whenever I hit "disconnect" minecraft will not respond for a minute or two. Half the time it crashes, the other half it fixes. Same goes for starting up Minecraft, whenever I start it up the "MOJANG Screen" doesnt respond for a minute, and then it loads MC.
Now, number 1 needs to be fixed. I literally cant play minecraft until number 1 is resolved. As for number 2, its a nuisance but I personally dont care that much about fixing it.
Nevermind, oddly enough, when I took off my texture pack Minecraft actually got way better. It may have been way too high of a resolution, or possibly a virus. Everything is good now though.

-Processor: AMD A10-7700K APU with Radeon R7 Graphics, 3.40 GHz
-Memory RAM: 8.00 GB, 6.9 usable.
-System: 64-bit
