Hi, I need serious help. I had my minecraft account for a long time so I have to sign in with my email. I was able to sign in no problem until my email was deleted because of "malicious activity", even though I rarely use it, JUST RIGHT AFTER I changed my user name because the new update allows you to do this. After it was deleted I couldn't sign in anymore and I when to check on Mojang it was like it never existed. I've tried to sign in with all my accounts and none of them worked. I contacted them and they said that I need to "verify" that it was my account by transaction ID or Redeem Code. I bought this account when I was in Junior High, so of course I lost my "Redeem Code". I cannot verify my account by my Redeem Code by I do have evidence that this is my account. My buddies and me did a little bit of YouTube and I don't know if they accept that. I need to get my account back it holds a lot of memory. Please any suggestion? I really want my account back. Thank You.

Well, it depends on what email service you use. It was probably an "off brand" email service because yahoo, hotmail, gmail, and i guess you could count bing. none the less, to the actual problem. Now if your email account was deleted, which i don't even know haw that's possible unless YOU did it yourself, but i'll talk obout that later. Now if you forgot your email, which technically isn't right, its what you would have to say. If you sign in with your username, unless you made a mojang account, but if you did you can just answer the security questions. In order to really get to the root of the problem i need to know what email service you used, what you signed up with (mojang or minecraft), and how exactly you deleted this email account. Then I can officially help you.
