I could really use help. I started getting glitches like this after I started using 1.7.10 forge and 1.7.10 and 1.7.2 mods together. Everything was basically fine until I named a name tag and then selected it. Stuff like this would always happen if I did so I just closed out the game and when I went back into that world with all the mods and all I'm where I last was before I selected the name tag. I believe this was on the second latest launcher, the one that needs java installed.
Today I started using the latest launcher and was removing and adding mods because I was trying to single out which one was causing this with the name tags so I could remove it and use them again. Now I go back into the game and its glitchy like this even without selecting a name tag. This happens in newly created worlds also. I've tried uninstalling minecraft and reinstalling and restarting my pc, using the old launcher, using no mods, using different versions and this keeps happening. I have no idea what to do at this point and I really need help!

Try with a fresh .minecraft (backup saves and mods if you want to keep those) and try again.
