After 10 min game first started i found a village (lucky me!) with 6 villaggers. Was daylight, so i blocked every door with 2 dirt blocks (to avoid kid-zombies to break down doors) to keep villagers inside while i was expanding houses. Four Villagers stayed in one home and the other two each one on diferent houses. All doors where blocked. Went down to seek out for diamond but when i came back the four villagers in one house have disappeared.
This happened me before on MC 1.7.10.
I freed the two remaining villagers, leave them with 3 iron golems. I went out for a night and half day after and when i came back, oops, another villager missing, no broken doors, iron golems still on the area.
There is some way to track this issue into some game log?
Villagers naturally despawn after a period of time outside their loaded chunk. You were out mining diamond, correct? You were probably outside the village's chunks, so it unloaded and eventually the villagers despawned. If you need to stop this from happening, you can name tag villagers while they're a baby to prevent them from despawning.
And I don't think there is a way to track this issue.

Villagers naturally despawn after a certain period of time, to prevent this don't block their doors, in fact add more doors with a one block space to they can make baby villagers, more doors nearby = more babies.
Thanks for your help. I started again, im in another village now. I think the problem was the blocked doors. I think if the door is just next to blocks, Villagers cant open it so they dont detect a door (i dont know, its just a theory). Im gonna watch how it works. If im wrong, ill do what you say about increasing amount of doors.
I need to keep them blocked so zombis cant reach them while im expanding the village
The problem was the blockade, if u put a solid block just next to the door, villagers cant open it so they dont detect the door as a suitable room, they despawn after a time.
I made blockades on every habited houses, leaving a lit space in front of the door so they can interact with. No problems, villagers aren`t disappearing now.
Thank you all

Note: If u do this blockade thing as i do, dont forget to put a torch inside dark houses and also on the space ure going to leave at the other side of doors.

Put a lot of iron golems to prevent zombies, an iron golem spawner should work.
