I've heard the warnings that OptiFine isn't compatible with FTB, yet I so desperately need it for the faster chunk loading and smoother FPS. So I took the plunge.. and made it work!
However of course, it isn't without issues. Such as this happening;
My guess, it's some kind of transparent blending issue, with the picture trying to blend itself inside the background. Seems to only affect blocks with an image inside them, including Ender IO's Capacitor Bank. Though the Capacitor Bank isn't as bad as the barrels.
Is this something that I'm going to have to deal with due to wanting OptiFine in FTB, or can it actually be fixed? I've pretty much tried every possible option I could think of, and nothing's working.
