So I had to restart my Windows computer because of a virus, and when I re-downloaded Minecraft (and Optifine), there were two issues:
-in the .minecraft folder, not all of the folders that are supposed to be there were in the folder
-Optifine downloaded as a .JAR file, and I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that. Because when I open Minecraft, and click on profiles, Optifine isn't an option.
(I'm pretty sure that the Optifine that I downloaded is Non-Forge, and the version is OptiFine 1.8.0 HD U D3)
