You aren't going to get MC running on that, You have a 32 bit OS which means you can't give Java more than 1 or 1.5GB of RAM, Your processor has a low clock speed and isn't that powerful overall and you have integrated graphics.
Whether you are a troll or not, these specs are not going to run MC, the minimum clock speed for running MC is 2.6 GHz and 2GB of RAM, you can't allocate to 2GB of RAM to 32-bit Java and you have a 1.6 Ghz processor. This PC won't run MC.
