well, first of all, videos are quite intensive. if you made any videos, upload the important ones, find the file, than delete it. same goes for pictures and music. any text files shouldnt take up too much space, but again, upload, delete. hope that hyelps.
Your problem might be that you simply don't have enough RAM. I don't know what the "official" system requirements are for MC, but it seems more than 2GB.

Well, you did not research at all then, as you only have a Intel Core 2 Duo and an integrated graphics card, which I don't think can run Minecraft with at least 100 fps...
My computer has a i7, 12 GB of RAM, a NVIDIA 750 Ti, and records at about 100 fps...
EDIT: You did not build this from scratch, as the pastebin says that you have a Dell Inspiron 6400, which is a laptop...

You have about the same system specs as me but I don't get that much lag with Razer Game Booster and/or the Optifine mod.

Do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit OS? Is your Java 32-bit or 64-bit? Is your RAM DDR1, DDR2 or DDR3? I can't find these things in the pastebin.
