Ok, so I run pixelmon and connect to a server.
After few minutes my game becomes laggy, my memorry is 99%, my fps is one second 30, and the other 0, then 40 then 0, etc..
I gave my game 3 Gigs of RAM, please help

Add FastCraft or Optifine, whichever is clientside. It's weird that you have lag with Pixelmon, because I have:
i5 4460 @ 3.2Ghz
GTX 750 2GB
8GB RAM
Our computers are pretty similar, but I don't seem to get lag on servers(I don't play SP pixelmon). Try putting the FPS limit up to Unlimited.

Try reducing the amount of RAM you allow Java to use, I remember someone saying that Java can have problems if it is given too much RAM.
