Yeah, you may be right, but i never had this problem before. I actually downgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 7, and that's when this problem started so, i think my GPU is okay to play minecraft normally. Well, guess i gotta wait for Windows 10 so i can re-format my pc .__.
Look, i know it wont make my graphics card any better, but i didn't had this problem in Windows 8! I just don't want to install windows again, until Windows 10. I know that if i re-install Windows 8, the problem will fix but if there's any other options, that would be great.
Is there any mods, programs or something that fixes Minecraft texture?
And it goes like this repeatedly... GL error, @pre render 1281: invalid value
I hope it helps to solve the problem
EDIT: Just checked the .minecraft\logs folder... This thing is written something like 12 times per second on every log text i found there. I guess i have a bigger problem than i thought

There's nothing wrong with minecraft's textures. I can't even tell what you think is wrong with your rendering from your video the resolution is too low and fuzzy if you think there's a problem with details, they can't be seen. I see your hand flashing, that's a problem with certain GPUs / GPU drivers.
One thing you should be aware of is that depending upon how old your GPU is (again you need to post a dxdiag!) there may not be any OpenGL supporting drivers for your GPU once Windows 10 comes along. GPUs are declared obsolete and no longer supported as new versions of the OS comes out because the manufacturers don't want to keep writing new drivers for GPUs they don't make any more.

Moderatorreformatting your computer won't make your graphics card better, the issue is the age of the graphics card.
post a dxdiag log so we can see what it is
