I submited an email on Minecraft support's site but they never answered me back
I want my game!!!
What can I do?
ONLY Mojang can assist you, they are the ONLY people with account access and no one else can assist with account issues.
How long did you wait for a reply? they can't reply right away, they will take a few days to get back to you as shown here https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/359446
I've been waiting for like 3 weeks or more for a reply since I sent the first one.... I feel robbed.
