Hey I have been playing on my ftb direwolf20 server 1.7.10 and my fps was doing great and now I go from 200 fps down to 0 like every 3 seconds and its making it unplayable! my cpu goes to 100% whenever it lags but Ive never had this problem before and I think that there should be a fix for me because I get 200 fps normally in the pack and now all of the sudden it drops so please help
P.S. I have access to the server control panel (multicraft) so I can change anything there as well if need be
