Hi, I am running mc on a mac. I have mc 1.8 and have put the .jar mods in the mod folder,

when i launch the game the mods are not there???

i have tried everything, please help

Are you running Forge as well? Because if you don't use a Forge version the mods won't load.

hi yes, I'm just know reinstalling a fresh copy and following a mac tutorial rewinding back to 1.7.2, see how that goes!

wow wow it works!!

i rolled back mc to version 1.7.2 and its all fixed,

i hope this helps others, its been driving me crazy all week!!

If you do that you wont have all the features of 1.8. Surly you can fint a newer version of forge?
