Forge is still on 1.8.0, but Kreezcraft has a nice 1.8.0 modpack ( http://kreezcraft.com/ ) and you can see a pretty comprehensive list of mods at http://modlist.mcf.li/version/1.8 . Of course, I have a number of 1.8 mods too (just click the image in my signature).
