I have gone through all the instructions given to me on hopper.minecraft.net
I would not be surprised if I do need a new graphics card, as it is my old desktop. I've been trying to get Minecraft to run on it for a while, and I'm not that desperate as I have another computer that does support Minecraft. I just wanted to get my desktop working so my friends can play too. The link below has my information from DxDiag and if you need any more info, I'll be happy to give it to you.

ModeratorThat GPU isn't supported in windows 7, only xp/vista.
So either a windows downgrade, or a newer GPU would be needed to run minecraft on that computer
