Okay, so I made a minecraft account named Gregrs like 1 1/2 - 2 years ago. But here's the thing.

1. I accidentally deleted the email to the account

2. I don't remember the security questions

3. I don't have the transaction ID

But what I do have is:

1. The email I used

2. A youtube channel while I'm using the account and a new channel (for voice comparison)

3. What the password used to/should be

4. The skin that's on the account currently

So... How do I go about getting my account back?

All I get when I email them is "we can't locate the payment"

I tried using the phone service, and it's just a bunch of stupid Indians that have no idea what they're doing. I told them I didn't have my transaction ID, then they asked if I had it. I told them the only thing I had was the original email I used to sign into the account. And they still ask for all of this information that has no relation to me being locked out of my account.

These people are no help at all.
