So, before you say anything, I've tried everything in the book, such as restarting, unplug, blow threw usb mouse cable, frame lag, updating drivers, running as administrator, and some other stuff. I've went on several forums, found nothing to work. Onto the problom, when I move my mouse, it just gets lag and has to wait like 2 seconds for it to move, standing, no lag. I have found this problem on everything game I play, such as trove, league of legends, and stuff. Just to keep in mind, I am not a tech person.
