Alright everyone, so I was playing Etho's LP mod pack. I noticed how The Spice of Life mod allowed you to eat a certain food a few times, for the 250 hunger limit, which will then reset. However, I found it a bit difficult to play like this, I then went into the config for The Spice of life mod and changed where it said "I:food.history.length=250" I changed the number 250 to 12 thinking it would change the hunger limit from 250 to 12, I thought it would make starting out the world much easier. I would the change the number back to 250 when i got far enough along in the mod pack. When I launched the mod pack the console would do its normal thing but just crash all of a sudden. After a couple of retry's I then changed the number from 12 back to 250 thinking "oh well, I'll just play as what it is" I did the same thing, launched the mod pack, the console would do its normal thing and then crash. Can anyone help me with this? I probably wasn't supposed to just change the number 250 to 12, I probably was supposed to do some other things in the config, as well as change the number. Hopefully someone can help me with this problem I am having, thanks everybody so much.

But given this thread, there is a simple small answer to say really.
Etho's modpack mods are often outdated (more often badly) sometimes and you are highly best to self update them. This has been confirmed from Etho himself in one of his videos (I have no intention of finding the video, but is one of the SP Modded series). Just delete the Spice of Life mod config and let it regenerate the config itself. The defaults are pretty nice and more so with Pams Harvestcraft and Growthcraft conversion recipes. I presume also using version 1.2 of the modpack.
