I am using Minecraft 1.7.10, Forge 1.7.10, I do have the LegacyJava thing installed, the Java version is 1.7.
You have to run forge once without any mod in the mods file. If you didn't ,just put them somewhere else and run the game. Put them back and it may work.
Launch the forge first then if it says ok ,copy all the mods you want and go to %appdata% ,then .minecraft ,then mods and paste then launch minecraft with forge .. Thats usualy how i do it and it works.

Did you paste all the mods before you launch forge?
What do you mean about "pasting" the mods?
Are you using optifine? If not did you install any new mods

It still didn't work ;( It worked perfectly until the day I actually bought minecraft instead of using the cracked version.
