You can not buy a premium minecraft account with PayPal. Mojang does not accept PayPal as a form of payment, the only valid payment methods are Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and American Express. There is no way around this, you must pay using one of those four methods. While you can use PayPal funds with these services, it requires that you actually have access to said service.
