I need help boosting fps I have tried everything I got more RAM for my computer I lowered all of my settings and I allocated more RAM. What type of processor do you have and what kind of video card do you have? Also is laggy on a local game or only on servers?

I have an hp 19 2014 all in one pc
AMD E1 2500 processor
it comes with 4gb of ram but i added to it so now it has 12gb
intergrated AMD HD 8240 graphics
500 gb harddrive
Does anyone need anymore info I can look it up. And im sorry i lost connection for a few days.
Its not laggy in servers just in my local game.
An APU then. What frame rates are you getting in your worlds and on servers?

Normal framerates nothing fancy i dont lag unless its too many people if theres a lot of people 30 if not 40 50 or 60
