It would be more helpful if you post a full crash log,but by the sounds of it, there are two mods which are using the same ID value. If you go into the config files for one of the mods which you have labeled as [Something], you should be able to change the ID value of one of those items.

I crashed one day, it said something like this on the first sentence. Slot 1000 is already occupied by [Something] while trying to get [Something]
That means I cant download any more mods (I think) unless I add more slots. Is there a way to do that?
PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPERATE! ;(
