Cannot Create New World

Ok, so I'm having troubles and I don't know why.



 I have Minecraft version 1.8.4 on a good computer running a 32 bit Java. When I try to start up a new survival world, it starts loading and even shows the "Press 'e' to open inventory" but then it freezes at "Downloading Terrain". When I try to close the program, it says that it's not responding. Does anyone know the solution or even the problem?

What are your computer specs? It may just be that you have a bad computer. But, again, it could be another problem. Post your specs and your dxdiag. (To get your dxdiag, search 'dxdiag' and open it, then click full report)
