So I was playing SG on Minecraft Central with 1.8.3-Optifine_HD_U_A3 (don't ask why I typed the full name of the file, I just think that would help), then when the point I was in a GUI of a furnace with a cake in the box where you put the thing you want to smelt (e.g. iron ore), then the game suddenly disconnected and rerouted me to the lobby, and when I checked the live Game Output, strings and strings of error code popped out:

According to the output, after the error codes popped out, I was rerouted back to the lobby (as the prefixes are the prefixes only used in lobby and I was literally in the lobby). I wonder if it is my problem or the server's problem, and if it's my problem, how the heck can I solve it.
BTW, I was using Mac OS X 10.10.2 on a MacBook Pro 13-inch mid-2012, 2.5GHz Intel i5 and 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ram. Also I manually changed to JVM Argument to 4GM of ram for Minecraft.
<sidenote>For some random reason errors always shows up in the output but they never affect my gaming experience. Errors such as Error Executing Task always appear to happened in today's gaming.</sidenote>
