Sometimes when I install mods like Superheroes Unlimited and The Dalek mod I get crashes which is REALLY annoying when I try to install mods. Even I can get crashes that don't include mods. So I would like to fix any type of crash reports or at least ones that include mods, So reply as soon as you can:) PS: Please Do not swear as i am only an 8 year old. Any help appreciated
Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I try to find a way but it doesn't work. But I did want to tell you if there's this program that fixes it automatically cuz that would be AWSOME. But if there i nothing like that is it possible to create one? Tell me if it is possible and how to do it. :steve_lol
P.S where do you have to go to read the text. P.S 2 Do you have to read the report to fix it? Don't forget this topic is all about mod crashes.
I read the text but it said that is currently is 1.7.10 but THAT'S the version i play on. do I have to read WHAT version of forge i have? Anyways I really REALLY want these crash reports to stop. I get really upset when it crashes
Yeah. I read ALL of that, But when I see YouTube videos the fix works for THEM. So there HAS to be a way so if there is tell me the steps to fix it And I even once saw a YouTube vid where the game crashed and the guy clicked this button that said "Fix The Crash" and of course, it worked!:D:D:D So tell me what that program is called and how to use it P.S In there is no universal method of fixing it. What does the word "Universal" mean?
Okay, I'll All explain this in a better way. I get really sad when a really cool mod crashes and i REALLY want to fix it. Will McPatcher fix the crashes cuz that would be great for 1.7.10 so now I'd like a answer of how to fix the MODS this time, Don't forget I am quite serious about this topic. P.S I've actually SEEN comments saying that their crashes were fixed
What is a "Beta Test version"? I just REALLY want to fix those crashes so tell me WHAT a beta test version is, and who is the author that i have to subscribe to to get the mods fixed?
It means that the mod's code is still being tested and altered for use with Minecraft 1.7.10. The mod is not fully ready - it may be close to being fully ready, but it's not perfect yet.
Minecraft, Minecraft mods, and everything else with computers in general, involves absolutely pure logic. When one small detail in the massive amount of logic is changed, other things that are based on it tend to be extremely unhappy - even more than you are about these crashes. While there's a lot of logic/code used to generalize what's going on so things don't break from the tiniest of changes, the bigger changes must be dealt with by hand, which takes time. It is for this reason that there is no program that can fix every crash you might have - it's not possible, unless that program is as smart as a human being.
As to your last question, a "Beta Test version" of a mod is a version that is ready for or is already going through testing, and is ready to be used by people other than those that made it. "Beta" is the second letter of the Greek alphabet, and is used to refer to the second type of testing (just explained what that type of testing is) - an "Alpha" (first Greek letter) test refers to the first type of testing, which is testing done by the person or people that made the code. For each mod, a mod maker writes some computer code, tests that code for himself and fixes problems that he comes across (Alpha testing), shares his work with others and fixes what they come across (Beta testing), then either starts working on new features or shares it with everyone and starts on that new content. Some content makers have a different exact meaning to "alpha" and "beta" versions, but the general idea is the same; they indicate a general level of stability and completion.

If I said I'd do something and haven't, please remind me; I didn't lie, I just forgot.

OK, sorry about that.
I'm new to forums (this is my first ever thread - i'm only 8 yo)
I didn't go through this properly. My dad is helping me now and has shown me that. I will get better at reading the responses and asking for help.
Thanks for all your help.
