Trend Micro HijackThis is a utility that is used to collect diagnostic reports of your computer to help narrow down an issue you may be having.

Step 1: Download HijackThis.

Step 2: After downloading HijackThis click "I accept".

Step 3: Then click on "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

Step 3(cont.): Then let it do a scan and after it is done you will see a text file open containing the report.
