/tp @a ~ ~ ~ [change this to the degree you want the player to face. Value between -180 and 180] 0
Also remove the brackets.
Edit:This will force the player to look straight ahead in a direction you choose.

can u lock the camera to the direction ur character is facing for example if ur in a roller coaster and u face south them west can the camera turn
