When I load Minecraft using Forge it will let me play for a few minutes then crash and even when I restart the game the same thing happens and I keep getting the following message:

Click edit profile there should be a box that says "JVM arguments" put the following -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M this is assuming you have more than 4 gigabytes, you want to keep a buffer.

Try allocating a tad more ram, this may fix your issue.

Yes that is correct I'm using the official launcher.
