I dont understand you im walking into the jungle normaly smooth with 60 fps then it drops fps to 30
Jungles are probably the problem then. I think it's all the vines checking for growth. Whatever it is, jungles have always caused an fps hit for me. If you can, assign more ram to minecraft. If you can't, avoid jungles, or maybe turn down your render distance around them.

So i play Minecraft with synced on 60 fps and its smooth but then it drops to 30 fps does anyone know what could be the problem
any large amount of signs, redstone machines, large amounts of visible blocks, or any players?

Is better now i have add more ram to Minecraft and its much better should i buy more ram i have 4gb ram im thinking to buy 8gb ram
More ram doesn't always mean faster FPS.
You shouldn't need much more ram then what you have allocated now.
should i change my graphisc card then its amd radeon 6670 hd
