I recently downloaded optifine, and in every tutorial I saw it was incredibly easy. When I went and tried to do it, first I had some problems with it being the wrong kind of, file but that's fixed now. But when I double clicked on it to open it up, nothing happened. Any ideas?
Thank you! When I drag the file to the command prompt, nothing happens, unfortunately. A + sign appears, which makes me think that the drag is going to work but nothing happens. I got this error:

When I tried to manually type in the name of the file, it said that it couldn't access the file....
Any further advice is appreciated!

Curse Premiumi could get you a good Optifine site that should work
Minecraft Modpack Maker.
Nevermind! The problem was that I was using the admin command prompt, and not the normal one. Thank you for your help!
