So I found out I had to relog into the launcher and when I clicked play I saw that my "loading" bar was loading reeeaaallly slowly and all servers vanished, including my worlds...
There is an age-old bug where your server file get deleted. This could be true to worlds, as well. Im sorry to say this but your world are gone forever.
