Ok so my personal modpack isnt functioning properly and i need help solving the issues, all help is appreciated.
basically my command/chat wont come up and the nei interface is nowhere to be seen in-game. best i can do for reference is a list of mods as its not a crash..
and of course above where the image is cut off i have the appropriate jar files in the 1.7.10 folder

fixed the problem with nei but my chat/command line still wont come up..
