Whenever I try to start the modded server with the forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1230-universal.jar, nothing shows up at all, nor does it do anything at all. No crash log, nothing. Tried taking out the mods to see if it was one of them messing it up, and still does nothing with no mods in the server
