I trimmed the error report to the important parts, your video card can't run Minecraft. Updating your drivers might work but I doubt it, usually the only option is to get a new video card. I bet you have onboard Intel video and they suck to put it mildly.

To tell them how to live is to prevent them living.
at first im playing minecraft in this laptop when the os is win 7 premium no crash reports no upgrading drivers it works fine .. then i change os to win7 ultimate, dl java, upgrade drivers, updates, and yet it didnt work..

Replacing your OS replaces the video drivers back to Microsoft stock drivers.
You'll need to install proper Open GL supporting drivers from intel.com, nvidia.com or amd.com depending upon your hardware.
