Be sure u Windows Name don't have special Characters.

why dont you try deleting minecraft and reinstalling it .. save your save files before you do
I actually had my laptop redone, Minecraft Didn't work I changed the main dictionary it worked but thanks by redone I mean re installed windows 8.1
everything lagged, I ran out of power sometime very quickly but I did have alot of apps installed, but thanks.
This means that the process javaw.exe doesn't have access to the drive/folders that the saves are located.
