I've built something in one save (Call it Save B ) and I'm trying to get that build in to my main world (Call Save A). Save A has a plethora of mods in it, but it's Forge based, so I couldn't add WorldEdit, so I built it in another save.
I was told by using MCEdit that I could save the build as a schematic, and then put it in my save, but the program gets really slow, and then crashes when I try to confirm the placement.
Both worlds are the same version, and Save B only has WorldEdit and the CUI grid. I only used vanilla MC blocks to build it.
Save A has a lot of mod items, so if I open it with WorldEdit and use schematic placement that way, I'll have to go back and replace an impossible amount of items.
I'm using MCEdit 2.0.0 alpha because that was what was suggested I use.
I don't mind providing more details about what mods I use, but I think I need to understand the basis of MCEdit, or some other alternative.

I had problems with MCedit 2.0, try using version 1.3.2 (i think thats the latest one. I transfered lots of stuff from world to world using that one with no problems at all)
