Ok so first off, a little while ago I played Minecraft alpha ( I don't know the exact version, if the exact version number is needed I will recover it ) It was really fun. After a while I quit and deleted the Alpha profile, And I think the world.......This time which was today when I played Alpha. I made on of the biggest mistakes ever...I forgot to delete the world (the alpha) in Alpha. I did everything except that ONE thing! I went back to my Unmodified Vanilla client and created a new world at the home screen. Now remember when I played Alpha TODAY I didn't delete the Alpha world and did something with the skins I fear messed something up. I go into the latest version 1.8.4 I have no lag whatsoever when I created a world called "Herobrine" as a joke with the seed the exact same name. I was IMMEDIATELY hit with a force of extreme lag where even my computer would freeze. Minecraft was simply unplayable. I tried my other worlds and the same result occurred. I now cannot play Minecraft. I did everything....I deleted Minecraft and re-installed it, I restarted Windows 7, I changed the chunks loading to TWO!! Nothing worked! I tried everything I could and I failed miserably. Its like after I played alpha my worlds have been corrupted with lag. I'm looking for a solution to this problem and would like to be informed if there is one. Also this is an update...I recently tried playing Minecraft with THE LOWEST SETTINGS POSSIBLE. It still lagged....Its as if playing Alpha messes/messed my computer up. It won't work. Its so laggy I hope Mojang will fix this ATLEAST,

Do the graphics seem to have ANY effect on the lag? Can you play 1.7.10 or lower? Is it consistent low fps or extremely common lag spikes? Is it similar to this?: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/unmodified-minecraft-client/2413605-constant-lag-spikes-and-slowed-player-entity
If so, please quote my comment so I get a message and know you have replied. You may have just found a solution to my problem.
