Give more info, like what block are you trying to load, how is your PC, what are your mods, also make a backup and load the same world but just using the twiligth mod, if you keep crashing while using exclusively the twilight forest mod, go send a message to the author with the crash log.
I have been playing Minecraft for a few years now and I always have a problem with my Twilight Forest mod crashing. Your crash report looks like it could have something to do with either a bug in the mod or possibly a ID conflict. Look at your TF config file and make sure that that block doesn't have the same ID as another block from default Minecraft or from another mod. If there is no ID conflict you can see I suggest re-installing the Twilight Forest mod, just in case it has updated. If nothing else works then I suggest you update your computer ram. If that isn't the problem I suggest you buy a new computer with a better chip set. I am about to receive a new computer from Dell so I will get back to you on how my TF mod works out.

I have been building a mod pack and whenever I go into the twi forest and I think load a certain block the game crashes.
