To begin with, I got a new (well technically old) computer from my friend and I decided to download Minecraft because well....it's Minecraft. So when I downloaded it, it brought me to the Setup tab, which I would guess would be normal, and I proceeded to download it. When I downloaded it, it appeared on my desktop as I pleased, but when I clicked on the Minecraft Icon, it did not load. It would buffer, but nothing would happen. I have been looking for solutions for weeks now, and all of them say to go to "%appdata%" and remove the .minecraft file, but the game HAS NEVER LOADED BEFORE! The files I believe will appear when you first launch the game, but how am I supposed to do all of that when it NEVER appears? I am pretty sure I have tried everything, from re-installing Minecraft to updating Java and Adobe Flash. I am stuck.
In short terms, my game will not start, and I need someone to give me a solution PLEASE I BEG YOU!

P.S. This is the default setting it would send the minecraft folders to during the setup. Is this wrong? http://prntscr.com/6y0t6v
