So I can't seem to nail down the cause of this problem and I've had multiple people in #minecrafthelp try to help me to no avail. We can't work it out. I'm running a Nvidia GTX 860M on my laptop and when I play Minecraft, the entire camera jumps when I move the mouse to look around to either straight up or straight down. The screen will not render updates unless I move the mouse so if I type 't' and type a few letters, I can't see them until I move the mouse. Once the typing pad shows up however, changes will update as I type and show until I hit 'send'. I can open the inventory and pull blocks around and go to the options pane and navigate fine. Looking around just is impossible.
What I've tried:
I have tried to use the MultiMC custom launcher and I then had it update to a new LWJGL version 2.9.4-nightly and tried running. The bug changes so I can look around properly but instead of 'jumping' the screen very slowly slides and keeps sliding when in the direction of where my mouse is depending on what it is on the screen. If my mouse is on the left and I stop moving it, it will slowly slide the camera to the left infinitely. To the right, and vice versa. If I reboot, I can sometimes stop the bug for either version, they seem to be caused by the same thing. And if it is not happening and I reboot, sometimes it starts happening. Any help would be much appreciated.

Could you if possible send me a screenshot? Honestly this shouldn't be happening, especially with your great graphics card! The launcher itself may be having problems as well. Recently many people on the forums are posting about launcher problems and problems within the game in the past 3 days (Including Myself). When did this start happening at first?

This is an issue in 1.7 as well and it happens on custom launchers (MultiMC 5) as well. It's within Minecraft as whole. It's not something you can screenshot as a still picture would look normal.

It is not. I'm unsure at this point if the problem involves drivers, whether they be my graphics drivers, but it is such a strange bug due to the fact that no one else seems to have run into it.

You may want to update your graphic drivers (Here: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/928493 ) If this does not work don't be afraid to reply. Also to be double safe just make sure you have the latest Java installed.

Unfortunately, dxdiag shows my integrated intel card, not the nvidia one. I have a hack that I run in that if JRE is run, to use the big graphics card as it looks to default to the intel, but I seem to get the same result regardless of who runs it.

At this moment I am no use.. You may now have to contact Mojang. Sadly though Mojang only works on business days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) It may take from 1-2 business days, so you could get a reply on Monday, Tuesday, or even Wednesday

I think I understand a bit better now...Thank You. When this happens do you think you can take a screenshot of the console?
Nothing shows up.
Is your laptop hot?

That contact is only for account issues.
Its not mainly just for that. I filed a report for something similar to yours.
